Xi 'an Shiyou University Founded in 1951. Xi 'an Shiyou University is the only public university in northwest China with petroleum and petrochemical characteristics. The university consists of 16 schools and 2 direct departments. There are more than 1840 faculty members, including more than 1290 full-time teachers, and more than 580 doctoral and master supervisors. According to the national energy strategy and the needs of regional economic and social development, the university has vigorously carried out scientific research, and its scientific research strength has been continuously improved. In the past five years, 720 research projects at the national and provincial levels, including the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Foundation, have been added, with a total funding of 800 million yuan.
