Q1. What is the application procedure?

● Choose program and University

● Complete application form and upload the required documents.

● Make payment for application fee then submit application to University

● Get original admission letter and JW202

● Take medical check then take the admission letter, JW202 and medical check form to apply the student visa.

● Get Visa and come to study


Q2. What is JW202 Form?

The JW202(visa application form) is an indispensable document required by Chinese embassy for applying X visa. Every JW202 form has its unique code which is issued by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), the Ministry of Public Security (MOP) and local governments.


Q3. When will the university start classes generally?

Sept - Jan First Semester

Jan - March Winter holiday

March - July Second Semester

July - Sept Summer holiday

There are two intakes for Chinese Universities, March intake and Sept intake. Sept intake is main enrollment when all the universities will open for application, while in March intake most universities only open language program application instead of degree.


Q4.  I've not Graduated yet. Can I apply?

Yes. If the applicant is a student on campus, pre-graduation certification must be submitted. If you are accepted, you are supposed to submit an official degree certificate and diploma when you register in September.


Q5. I am under 18 by now, can I apply?

Yes. For those who are under 18, it needs extra documents of custody, including the ID information of parents, his/her own, and trustee in China, and a letter of authorization from parents, and a receiving letter from the trustee. All documents above should be notarized.


Q6. I don't have IELTS or TOEFL certificate. What should I do?

If you are from English-speaking countries, you are free to apply for English-taught programs without any certificates. For those who are from non- English-speaking countries, basically we don't recognize any language certificate from language training institution, you may take a language test by DUOLINGO online test.


Q7. Can I apply for off-campus accommodation?

You can apply for off-campus accommodation. A copy of the accommodation contract should be provided, and the temporary accommodation registration should be completed within 24 hours. Meanwhile, you should inform the teacher responsible for accommodation in time.


Q8. Is the cost of living in China high?

The cost of living here is still favorable compared with most developed countries You will be amazed by how comfortably you can live and how strong your purchasing power is. An average meal costs about 1o RMB(S.) The subway has a fat rate of2 RMB(3o cents) and buses within the city are even cheaper. Smaller cities and those in China's central and western regions are particularly inexpensive.


Q9. What is the non criminal record?

Students should ensure that it still has a two-month period of validity when submitting the non-criminal record (It's generally valid for 6 months only). In addition, it must be stamped by local police station or embassy. Chinese version of the non-criminal record is also needed. Modification without permission will not be tolerated.


Q10. Is it easy for a foreign graduate to find a job in China?

Thanks to the economic growth, the opportunities for foreigners who want to work in China have increased considerably in the last few years. In 1996, there were 180,000 foreign workers registered in China and the number is rapidly growing. Teaching English is one of the main job areas for foreigners in China.
